‘Would you hug a schizophrenic?’ This would involve doing vox pop on the street and asking people: 1) What do you think schizophrenia is? 2) Do you think people with schizophrenia are dangerous, and if so, why so? 3) Would you be able to tell a person with schizophrenia on the street? Then it would be revealed the interviewer has the label of schizophrenia, and hopefully a dialogue would come out of it. The interviewer would not be accusatory but acknowledges that the person on the street gets their information from a media that doesn’t give a fair picture on the subject. The interviews will end with the question: would you hug a schizophrenic? Hopefully there are some hugs to be found.

‘Community Careless’, a 10 minute drama of a woman who leaves a psychiatric ward to a community that doesn’t only careless, but is downright hostile.
